The service

XmlToCsv converts XML files into CSV and Excel tables in your browser session or under your account. The service is provided “as is”; conversion output depends on the structure and validity of the files you provide.

Your responsibilities

• Only convert files you own or are authorised to process.
• Do not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, quotas, or other accounts’ data isolation.
• Keep your account credentials to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Plans and limits

Each plan includes a monthly conversion allowance, a maximum file size, and — on the Free plan — a maximum number of exported rows, as shown on the pricing page. Allowances reset at the start of each calendar month. Files are retained for 72 hours and then deleted; download your results before they expire.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are sold through Paddle as merchant of record and renew monthly until cancelled. Plan entitlements follow the subscription status reported by Paddle. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the refund policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that a conversion result is fit for a particular purpose. Always check important conversions against the source data. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the preceding three months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
